Study on portable motorcycle exhaust gas analyzer

in this paper, a new portable motorcycle exhaust gas method NDIR is used to measure CO, CO2 and HC, the electro-chemical mean is used to test NOX and O2. the speed and the thermal resistance is used to obtain the oil temperature. this analyzer is composed of the sample system, gas examination system, secondary integrated in a small box. its hardware includes an embedded 586 motherboard, a LCD display, a USB communication interface and a mini-printer. the operating mode law is used for date gathering and processing. the usability and beautify in the outward appearance is also considered. in the design precision, analyzers. moreover, the analyzer also can be easily maintained, so it can be widely used.
